Ok, I don't think we can even classify this as 'design' but more like "abuse of the Microsoft word 'word art' function." But it certainly involves many crimes against typography including outlined type, hideous drop shadow, too many different fonts, ascender & descender commingling and my personal favorite: vertical 'hotel sign' type.
