The bank's logo is set apart too much (word spacing is too big), so you tend to read it one word at a time rather than the whole name at once.

The vertically placed word "Appliances" is way hard to read and even the leading on that word is super tight = negative. The phrase "10% off" has the same tight leading and needs more kerning between the letters.
